  FUN FOR ALL AT THE DINKS AND DIPS ICE CREAM SOCIAL!


Thanks to all who attended the Dinks and Dips Ice Cream Social on Friday, August 4th. It was a picture-perfect sunny afternoon! Over 150 PPPA members and their guests ate delicious ice cream to cool down after playing a game or two of pickleball, participated in the drills offered  by teaching pros - Bill Muno, Joe Frasca, Sandeep Maity and Sarah Brezniak or used the ball machine manned by George Gorman. A special shout out to the Board and Social Committee members who set up the event and scooped ice cream along with Corey Houger, owner of BJ's Velvet Freez who donated the ice cream and toppings. We would also like to acknowledge each of the teaching pro's who graciously shared their time and talent with PPPA members as well as Ron Graham-Baker @ Digital Skyes Photography LLC,  who was also on hand to take action shots of the event. Thanks also for the great support of Sally Jensen, Jim Godfrey, Roberta Loughman (RE/MAX) and Erica Roberts (PPPA Store) and those PPPA members who donated their 'gently used' paddles that were collected during the event for use in our community outreach program.

  BATTLE OF THE PADDLES PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT PUEBLO 2023 

The Pueblo County Pickleball Association is hosting their first ever tournament at the new Mineral Palace Park courts on August 18-20, 2023.  The Battle of the Paddles Pueblo 2023 is the weekend after PPPA’s CO Open - Pike Peak or Bust.
