PPPA – WEEKLY EMAIL BLAST
In this week's blast:
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS
It gives me great pleasure to announce the PPPA Board of Directors election results.
First, I would like to thank Mr. Charlie Rush, Nomination Committee and Ms. Wendy Venturella , for doing an excellent job again this year. The election process continues to run smoothly because they volunteer their time and talent. You are both greatly appreciated!
The talented individuals who stepped up to serve PPPA and the Pickleball Community should be congratulated for their willingness to serve. The amount of time that our Board Members dedicate to serving you, our members, is endless and to have these folks willing to step up to assist is a credit to their selflessness and concern for our growing community. Please take the time to congratulate them as they step into some very big shoes!
Your newly elected BOD members for the next two years include:
PPPA Vice President: Ben Salvador
PPPA Secretary: Vicky Mediate
PPPA Training & Education Director – Steve McClaran
PPPA Membership Director – Helen "Boston" McChesney
*PPPA Treasurer – Bob Jepson
*Appointed earlier this year
Board members are volunteers that work to create and maintain a positive pickleball experience for all PPPA members and the community. I encourage everyone to continue supporting your association and support the PPPA election cycle again next year. 2020 dealt us a blow, but 2021 is looking very promising!
Our newly elected BOD members will take office on 01 July 2021!
